Note: Moulton Yorks (Pop 236 in 1890), near Middleton Tyas, Wapentake of Gilling East, 4 miles ENE of Richmond. Village Moulton has Old Chapel of Ease. Was erected in 1838 by the late Mr Ward, Secretary to the Bishop of Chester (according to Genuki 1890). There is also a Wesleyan Chapel in Village.

Cause of death Acute pneumonia accelerated by a Sprain accidentlly received through a mine barrow sticking between the Floor plates at the Tees Bridge Iron Works. Certificate received from Osward H. Cochrane Coroner for Langbaurgh North. Inquest held First May 1911. Registered First May 1911. Registration District Middlesbrough, Death in Sub-district Thornaby in the County of York.

Ward - on the 22nd inst at 14 Stanly Grove Thornaby. William beloved husband of Alice Maud Ward
